This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services booked through VenkyMurthy.com, operated by Vans Chemistry Pte. Ltd.

Cancellations by Client

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the consultation are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be offered (subject to availability).

Cancellations by Us

If Vans Chemistry or Mr. Venky Murthy must cancel a session, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
